## Working on now

- Boutique hospitality centered on 26 rooms, an on-site restaurant, and a Northport Village getaway positioned about an hour from Manhattan.
- Expanding corporate and executive hospitality: one-group-at-a-time meetings, leadership offsites, strategy days, trainings, and retreats for up to roughly 20 guests, with a larger East Side setup for up to 70.
- Serving leisure travelers, theatergoers, wedding room blocks, corporate stays, and local celebrations in Northport/Long Island rather than a multi-country market.
