## Working on now

- Core focus: customized, end-to-end fulfillment and contract packaging for cosmetics, with adjacent pharmaceutical-sector expertise, serving B2B and B2C/e-commerce flows in France and supporting export projects.
- Growth and onboarding: the company is scaling capacity through its Fleury-les-Aubrais operation/new warehouse footprint and digitizing client collaboration; Spacefill reports onboarding in under three weeks and approximately 300,000 annual B2C orders plus 35,000 B2B retail locations served.
- Customer development: recent hiring posts reference a major cosmetics client, an expanding strategic client dossier, and Juste. Paris, a personalized natural hair-care brand.
- Sustainability remains part of the proposition: reduced plastic film, waste valorization, reused cartons, greener transport options, solar energy, EV charging and geothermal building systems.
- Operational hiring is aimed at strengthening site management and export preparation, including a morning-shift logistics team leader in Saint-Jean-de-Braye and an export pallet-preparation role in Fleury-les-Aubrais.
