## Summary

Les Hayes en Sologne is a four-star boutique hotel and restaurant located in Fontaines-en-Sologne, France [1][2][3]. Situated on a 180-hectare private estate, it offers 19 rooms and suites, an outdoor heated pool, and a bistronomic restaurant called Le Cyprès Chauve [1][4][3]. The property was acquired and founded by Frédéric and Virginie Bartoli, who invested over 5 million euros in its restoration [5]. It caters to families, couples, and corporate groups seeking nature-focused retreats or proximity to Loire Valley castles like Chambord and Cheverny [1][2][3]. While the hotel operates in the luxury hospitality sector, it positions itself as an approachable, personalized alternative to traditional, impersonal luxury hotels [5][4]. It faces competition from other high-end regional establishments, including properties like Fleur de Loire and Relais de Chambord [3].
