## Summary

JONARD (jonard.notaires.fr) is a French notary office based in Pas-en-Artois that provides legal services, including assistance with real estate transactions, successions, marriages, adoptions, and heritage management [1][2][3]. Founded in 2019 by Fabien Jonard [4][5], it operates as a SELURL (a limited liability company for liberal professions) [6][7]. It is not a startup, so it does not have investors or traditional competitors in the commercial sense. The office serves private individuals and local clients [3]. Its latest news concerns the impact of the law of April 7, 2026, regarding simplified procedures for exiting joint ownership and managing vacant successions [1].
