## Working on now

- Energy-efficient renovation and end-to-end site coordination, with JMR as the single point of contact.
- Current visible project: a Saint-Ay, Loiret chantier involving ramp/inner-wall insulation, cellulose insulation, and loft conversion; the company's own June 2026 post describes three bedrooms, bathroom and separate WC, while a contemporaneous directory repost says two bedrooms and a hall/office—room count is inconsistent.
- Core geographic footprint is local Centre-Val de Loire, especially Loir-et-Cher and Loiret; public project references include Saint-Ay, La Ferté-Saint-Aubin and Germigny.
- Product direction emphasizes bio-based insulation and durable building performance: Biofib Trio/CAVAC, cellulose from Igloo France Cellulose, Pro Clima Intello membranes, and air-tightness work.
- Services continue to span lost/finished-loft insulation, interior insulation, roof windows, loft conversion and broader renovation coordination.
