## Working on now

- Serving residential and commercial customers across Greater Austin/Central Texas with AC, electrical, plumbing, commercial MEP construction, and custom sheet-metal fabrication.
- Maintaining a locally owned, relationship-focused model rather than pursuing acquisition-led expansion.
- Addressing skilled-trade labor scarcity; the company has more than 100 full-time employees according to a March 2026 report and says hiring qualified workers can constrain bidding.
- Emphasizing newer, reliable products and team skills for Austin’s technology-centered market.
