## Working on now

- Toulouse: delivering the A16 Bois de Nagoya homes in 2026 and advancing the adjacent A14 lot toward 2027 delivery; the program combines BRS, social-rental and free-market housing with preserved woodland and a boulodrome.
- Toulouse Grand Matabiau: developing the Avenue de Lyon project, a 210-home mixed-use scheme with 40% social housing, 1,500 m² of commerce/services/artist workshops, a roughly 100-room hostel and a social-innovation hub.
- Bordeaux: continuing Les Maisons de l’Ars for Clairsienne—rehabilitation/extension of two listed échoppes, with affordable associative space, coworking, café and terrace; the project was at DCE study stage.
- Saint-Médard-en-Jalles: coordinating the Berlincan urban and architectural project, planned for 250 homes and shops across 11 hectares; the project won an AMI for transforming commercial zones.
- Competitions and institutional work: the agency reported being selected for the Institut Agro Rennes-Angers campus restructuring and the Haillan mutualized cultural center restructuring.

## Summary

2PM A is an architecture and urban planning agency based in Bordeaux and Rennes, France, known for a collaborative, collective practice model [1][2][3]. Founded in 2008 as an association and incorporated as a SARL in 2010, the firm was established by Matthieu Bergeret, Damien Elliott, Hans Lefèvre, and Paul Rolland [2][3]. The agency works with public authorities, developers, and local inhabitants to design residential, educational, sports, and urban redevelopment projects [1][3][4]. They frequently collaborate with other architectural practices and disciplines, a strategy they term "featurings" [3][4]. They have no external investors. Recent news includes the March 2026 delivery of the UCPA holiday center extension in Lacanau and winning a competition for a multi-use project in Izon [4].
